The Ocean apartment
was great. We brought a laptop and could connect it
to the speakers in the house. Every room had one, so
music in the hole house.There is a TV with DVD thats
nice for the evenings. The kitchen is really all in
and you can do your laundry. The badroom is very nice.
There is a huge balcon with a ocean view. At least you
can check the swell size so thats good. You can park
your car in the garage, the town is a 5 minute walk.
We had a great time so if you are looking for a luxery
apartment nearby the best waves of europa go for it:)

This truly is a special place, great laid back atmosphere,
superb (and very reasonably priced too) restaurants
and a wonderfully equipped apartment in a very smart
and secure complex. But the best bit was going in November
to surf in a shortie with no one else in the water.
Well impressed overall and a definite return date being
considered already. Te perfect surf holiday; the only

The surf holiday was great in every
way - except it was too short. The lodges and their
setting are really magic - so peaceful - yet within
an easy walk of the town. The surfing was great, - but
I think the biggest & most memorable thing was the
people at the Lodges, and the other guys at the surf
school (we really couldn't say enough good things about
the surf school...) - and the people in general - they
are all just so friendly and good natured..... - Louis,

We had a fantastic time. The place is really beautiful
and we were very impressed with the entire complex.
The lodges are lovely and very comfortable, the pool
was beautiful and we loved the whole place. I would
recommend anyone to stay with you in Ericiera. Also
must mention Tik Taks which was a great recommendation
and the staff were lovely (although I blame them entirely
for giving us a taste for Licor Beirao!!).Again, really

We had a brilliant time overall. The
Lodges accommodation was fabulous, Surf was alright

Holidayed for a week in Ericeira; Fantastic
Apartment; Great Location; If you want to get away from
package holidays this is the place to go, chilled out
laid back small Fishing village. Great waves;
ideal for a beginner on the Main beach beside apartment.
Gotta try the prawns at Furna's (best ever), Tic Tak
and Tornado's are also worth a try - Rob, Ois, Conall,
Fitz (Dublin)

We had a fab time thanks, apartment was brilliant.
really comfortable, fantastic balcony, bbq came in handy,
great idea having all the books and flyers too. Ericeira
is a gorgeous town, very laid back and everything quite
accessible. treated ourselves to dinner at Furnas on
the last night. €12.50 per prawn but worth it!

The lodges were lovely and we
got good weather and surf, not too sure if we were any
better at the end of the week than we were at the beginning.
The town Ericeira was lovely, the restaurants and all
were very reasonable. We were in the Jazz bar a few
nights, they are nice people who run it. We couldn't

We were in Ericeira for a week and had
a brilliant time, fantastic surfing, beautiful
town with great restaurants, bars, nightclubs and really
nice friendly people. The ninthbeach self catering apartments are
amazing, huge rooms and patio with a barbecue, bring
your iPod or laptop to hook up to the soundsystem. We're
going back in a few months - Bob, Tralee
Although I only stayed for 4
days it was well worth it. Blistering Sunshine, great

Ericeira is a very chilled out surf spot with great
beaches, restaurants (especially Tik Tak, you got to
get the Tornado steaks), bars and of course SURF. The
second you arrive you drop down a gear, very relaxing.
Apartment and terrace, far exceeded expectations, and
had everything you could possibly need. Sound system
and BBQ are great bonuses. Very close to town, - stumbling
distance, late nights and an early morning surf perfect
to fix the head. Plenty of choice of surf spots. Really
liked Portugal. We had a great time and will definitely

Firstly thanks again for the holiday
it was fantastic a great time, we went body boarding
4/5 days and watched most of the world cup game's
in that little cafe on the beach drinking bottle's of
super boc for €1.10 how bad..! We didnt get a chance
to play any golf unfortunately maybe next time. We went
to Lisbon on the Sunday to watch the Munster final
Tipp v Cork and went to the casino in Estoril my girlfriend
won €250. I really liked Cascais a lot also - Colin,

Bru's, we had an awesome time in a real cool village,
Ericeira. The apartment was much better than I expected,
although us SAFFA's found it rather difficult to fit
a herd of cattle onto your balcony. We will all be back
(hopefully in the summer) and i'll definitely be recommending
ninthbeach to my mates...only downside was having Brady
talk about getting coached by Andy Irons, Tom Curren
and everybody else and then not living up to it when

Apartment much bigger than expected.
Love the high ceilings and dodgey art pieces. Surf in
Portugal was great and next time i won't forget my golf

Ericeira is a lovely place
- went to Tik Tak restaurant twice , the seafood
and steak is unbelievable and the service was excellent.
We had a three course meal a few beers a couple of bottle's
of wine and the whole lot only came to €165 for
6 that s so cheap. We went down to Lisbon when Portugal
beat Holland and the whole place went mad.

What an awesome
terrace! This apartment is the perfect "sit out and
watch the sun go down" place. Ericeira is beautiful.
The area is so chilled and relaxed, the beaches are
gorgeous, and the food is amazing. I thoroughly recommend

What a place! Perfect for
chilling out and loads to do for the more active members
of our group! Different beach every day and different
restaurant every night. Its the best place for a surf
holiday in Portugal (although I havent tried any others
ha ha!) Couldn't ask for more. WIll be back for sure

Nice Spot - awesome hide away, all
the time and space in the world out there. Riberia d'Ilhas
(dont ask me to pronounce!) goes off - the beach where
the world champsare held, great chilled atmosphere,

Ericeira in the winter, waves were spectacular. Try
the Beth and Boom desert in Furnas Restaurant. It rocks!

Cracking apartment - central stereo
a lovely feature, although I did find the balcony a
bit cramped for two people - only joking!!! Ericeira
is a charming, friendly people, great beaches, amazing

What a place, surfed non stop - and
came back to a balcony that is suitable for a 5 a side
football pitch! Portugal is THE place to surf- Rob,

An amazing experience. A beautiful
clean, safe village with a lively atmosphere and friendly
people. Ericeira & its surrounding area oozes with
beauty & character. The swell never stops (or so
it seems) and the lack of wind and the fact that it
is flat coastline makes it a prime surf destination.
The warm hot climate is a great bonus. The apartments
close proximity to the town and to the quality beacbreak
make it ideal for the visiting surfers. And the balcony
lit by the sun - i'm rambling now! - this is what life

for surf watching (hit the carpark around 7pm!!!)! Ericeira
is beautiful, great fun, and your palace of an apartment
made for an ideal base for a perfect holiday! Use the

Had a great laugh for 2 weeks - surfing
lessons were brill & loved hanging out in apartment
watching dvd's! Nighlife in Lisbon was great - as was
in Ericeira but Mary & Soph can tell you more about
